These air fryer tenders are perfect for a healthier dinner option and become even more delicious when dipped in Bachan's Japanese Dipping Sauce. The sauces are creamy, versatile, and have a slight sweet, teriyaki-ish taste.
1. Slice and prepare your chicken breast into smaller pieces. Add to a bowl with seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper) and mix well to coat.
2. Form your batter station by putting your flour, eggs, and bread crumbs into three separate bowls. Dip the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess. Then dip into the egg fully coating it and last coat in the bread crumbs. Place each piece on your lined air fryer sheet.
3. Preheat your airfryer to 450°F. Air fry the tenders for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and crispy with an internal temperature of 165°F.
4. Serve tenders alongside some salad, fries, and dipping sauce. Enjoy!!!
