Banana Bread Iced Latte

1. Mash your banana. In a small pot on medium heat, add your mashed banana, brown sugar, water, and salt. Bring to a boil then simmer, mixing often for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in your vanilla. Pour and mash through a strainer to create your syrup. Set aside or store in a glass jar. 2. Make your iced latte. Add ice to a large glass and pour in your milk. Brew a double shot of espresso over 1-2 tbsp of your banana bread syrup and mix it in well. Pour it into your glass immediately. 3. Make your cold foam by frothing 1-2 tbsp banana bread syrup with heavy cream. Pour over your coffee, top with some more cinnamon and enjoy!
