Brown Butter Cookies

1. Melt and brown butter on stove on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Stir often. You can tell it’s done when the butter turns brown has a nutty smell. Set aside to cool.
2. Add your brown and white sugar. Mix until smooth. Add your vanilla and eggs and mix.
3. In a separate bowl mix together your dry ingredients. Add slowly into the cookie dough and mix until completely combined and cakey. Don’t overmix! Add more flour if needed.
4. Fold in your chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (Trust me this step helps the shape so much🤍)
5. Scoop into balls, place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350F or until the bottoms are slightly browned. Enjoy! 🤍
