Caramel Apple Bark

Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet. Make your date caramel by pouring boiling water over your dates and soaking for at least 10 minutes. Drain the dates and add them to a blender along with your milk, vanilla, salt, and maple syrup (if using). Blend until completely smooth. Top the melted chocolate with crushed pretzels, chopped apples, the date caramel, and melted white chocolate. Pop the bark in the freezer for at least an hour, then break it up and enjoy!
