If you’re an oat milk lover then you have to try this cashew milk!!! It’s even creamier and honestly tastes like a dessert when sweetened. I know cashews are a bit more expensive but if you are able to try this recipe out I know you’ll love it 🤍🤍🤍 Here’s the recipe!

Instructions

1. Boil cashews for 15 minutes. Strain and rinse with cold water.
2. Add cashews, 6 cups of water, dates, salt and vanilla to a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute. Strain through a nut bag into a large bowl. Add in your other 2 cups of water and mix well.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days. Use in drinks, as a milk substitute and enjoy!!
