Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Melt chocolate and butter together stirring constantly in a pan or in small increments in the microwave until smooth.
2. In a small bowl add your egg, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Whisk to combine.
3. Add your flour, cacao and ashwagandha. whisk to reduce clumps. Fold in your melted chocolate. Pour into a greased oven safe dish. *Note* I use a 4 1/2 inch wide ramekin. If you want to separate the batter into 2 smaller dishes you can but the baking time will be shorter.
4. Bake in the oven for 14-20 minutes until the top is just set. Keep an eye on it and don’t over bake it! Top with icecream and enjoy your delicious dessert 🤍
